atimberlake (https://hex.pm/users/atimberlake) has enabled mailroom (https://github.com/andrewtimberlake/mailroom) the ability to handle multilingual and non-UTF8 encodings. This is particularly important when working with Windows Outlook Clients and Outlook Office 365.
